What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are these natural, or synthetic opal?
Tommy Rocks only deals with natural opals. While synthetic opals can be pretty, Tommy Rocks prides itself on cutting and selling natural stones only.
Where do you get the opal?
Tommy Rocks sources their opal from a traveling opal dealer, who travels to and from Ethiopia, and then around the United States to sell their opal. Every opal is hand picked, in it's rough form, and cut and set by Tommy Rocks.
What materials are the pendants and necklaces made of?
Every item, in its description will tell you what it is made of. If the description says silver; it is .925 silver. If the description says gold plated silver; it is .925 silver plated in real gold. The same goes for the necklaces and earrings. If the description says silver colored, or gold colored, it is NOT silver or gold.
How did Tommy Rocks start?
Tommy Rocks is a single owner, operator, and artisan. I, Tommy, source, cut, and set the jewelry. I started cutting opals in 2023 and started Tommy Rocks in 2025. My goal is to cut beautiful opals for others to enjoy, as nature intended them to be.
