1. Shipping Destinations
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing & Packaging Time
- All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- We offer a simple $6.99 flat rate shipping on all orders.
- All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
- Once shipped, orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your destination.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost or damaged in transit.
- If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at tommyrocksandmore@gmail.com with your order number, and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with USPS.
